He has been working with banks, processors and fintechs to build their business case for new payment services, as well as design solutions to deliver these services to market. Daniele is an expert in real-time and open payments, supporting Financial Institutions and Intermediaries payment ecosystem digitalization plans. Within ACI Daniele is the European advisor for instant payments, central infrastructures, payment hubs, RTGS - and associated ISO migration - and end-to-end transaction processing. Daniele is a member of the EPC Scheme Technical Forum (ESTF) and ACI deputy representative at EBA Clearing, joining working groups that shape the industry.

As a passionate advocate for change he has a number of unique insights on payments transformation; from cloud and SaaS adoption, to the need for an infrastructure that grows, evolves and complies with the ever-changing market landscape. Prior to his role at Temenos, Mick held senior roles at Volante Technologies and Misys Banking Systems from product management to client engagement, to go-to-market activities in both global and regional geographies, including: UK and Ireland, Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa.

With over 25 years of experience working in payments and technology consulting, Alla led digital transformation and innovation programs across financial services. She is focused on helping EY clients to accelerate payments operations and technology transformation, infrastructure modernization and innovation, in addition to building new payments platforms. Alla supports banks on their journey of adoption of real-time payments while accelerating transaction speed, reducing risk and fraud, creating new revenue sources, reducing transaction costs, and reaching new markets. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, a top business school in France.

In his role, Lars Goerke is responsible for project planning and conceptual work for challenging digital projects in the area of payment transactions. One focus of his work is currently to make banks real-time capable - keyword: instant payments. In short: The payment traffic expert has a lot to report from practice and he will be happy to do so on stage.

At SIX Payment Services, she was responsible for the Issuing, Acquiring and Fraud Processing product management in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Austria, as well as Key Account Management on a deputy basis. At Worldline, Jacqueline Good is responsible for the global business line Financial Services in the Swiss, Austrian and German markets. When she is not looking for innovative solutions for her clients, she devotes herself to her family. She is also a passionate recreational rider and boater.
 
 
Graf, SandroSandro Graf ist Dozent für Konsumentenverhalten und Customer Experience Management an der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften ZHAW. Er leitet das Swiss Payment Research Center, ein Forschungskompetenzzentrum zu Fragen des bargeldlosen Zahlungsverkehrs des Instituts für Marketing Management. Im Fokus der Arbeiten des Centers steht die Perspektive der Anwender bzw. der Kunden. In den letzten Jahren hat das Swiss Payment Research Center verschiedene Forschungsaufträge zum Thema Payment, Behavior, Zahlungsmittelwahl und Zahlungstransaktionen realisiert.

She is also an expert in Central Bank Digital Currencies and acts as spokesperson on the topic of digital currencies. Before, she was Head of Government Engagement in Central Europe where she managed Visa´s relationships with governments, central banks and supervisory authorities. Prior to Visa, she worked for the Bertelsmann Foundation in the area of social impact investing and as a public affairs consultant.

He spent several years leading the International Sales Department at Worldline in Aachen and nearly a decade as a Senior Business Development Manager at INFORM. In this capacity, he was accountable for sales in French-speaking countries and played a crucial role in Global Key Account Management for diverse major clients.




Katzenbach_Isabell_118x125.pngBorn and raised in Baden-Württemberg, it is no surprise that Isabell Katzenbach’s career began under the well-known Stuttgart star of Mercedes-Benz - and that she remains loyal to the group to this day. Isabell started in 2010 as a working student at Daimler TSS GmbH (today: Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation GmbH) and today, 13 years and various stations in the Mercedes-Benz universe later, is responsible for the introduction of new and innovative payment solutions at Mercedes pay GmbH as Product Owner in the Product Management Team. Prior to that, she was Project Lead in the Program & Rollout Management Team at Mercedes pay between 2018 and 2021, where she was responsible for bringing payment services for Mercedes-Benz onto the road worldwide.

David Kauer arbeitet seit dem Jahr 2000 bei PostFinance und hat bei der Einführung der ersten inhouse realisierten E-Payment-Lösung von PostFinance im 2003 mitgewirkt. Als Produktmanager und Projektleiter war er während Jahren für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der E-Payment-Lösung verantwortlich. 2008 realisierte er als Projektleiter das einfache Zahlen mit der PostFinance Card im Onlineshop und führte 2011 die Möglichkeit ein, Zugtickets über die SBB-Mobile-App mit der PostFinance Card mit One Touch zu bezahlen. Von 2013 bis Ende 2014 arbeitete David Kauer als Senior Produktmanager Digitale Lösungen an der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung neuer digitaler Geschäftsmodelle. Im 2015 hat er die Leitung des Produktmanagements Value Added Services im Marketing von PostFinance übernommen und verantwortete u. a. die Einführung der neuen TWINT-Lösung bei PostFinance sowie digitaler Marktplätze und Loyalitätsprogrammen. Ab Mitte 2017 fungierte er als Lead Innovator & Mitglied des Kaders mit dem Ziel PostFinance im Rahmen der Digital Transformation als führende digitale Bank in der Schweiz zu etablieren. In seiner Initiative erfolgte u. a. die Anbindung der Big Techs (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay) sowie weiterer OEM’s (Swatch Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay) an die Payment-Services von PostFinance. Seit März 2021 verantwortet er als Customer Journey Owner & Mitglied des Kaders die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung der Shoppinglösungen von PostFinance im Distanzgeschäft. Nebenberuflich arbeitet er als Dozent an der Hochschule Luzern an den CAS Digital Business Innovation sowie Onlineshop/Sales Management und ist Mitglied des Competence Center Ecosystems des BEI St. Gallen.

Bernhard Lachenmeier, Head Shopping & Merchant Solutions bei PostFinance, verfügt über 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Karten- und elektronischen Zahlungsindustrie.Als CEO der CCV Schweiz spielte er eine wesentliche Rolle in der Entwicklung des schweizerischen EFT/POS-Marktes wie auch von E-Payments. Zuvor war er Head Products & Marketing bei SIX Payments Services.

Landis is a graduate of the MAZ School of Journalism in Lucerne and holds a Master's degree in Business Communications from the HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft in Zurich.

In this role, she is responsible for the further development of Mastercard's business in Switzerland and drives product innovations, the digital strategy and branding, among other things. She has extensive experience in the financial sector, with particular expertise in marketing, sales, product management, partner management and research. Before joining Mastercard, she worked for eight years as Head of Acquisition, Business Development & Strategic Sales for the credit card company Swisscard AECS. Previously, she worked for UBS in Zurich and London and GE Money Bank, among others. Daniela holds a PhD in business administration from the University of St. Gallen.

From 2018 - 2021, she was Executive Director of the Sustainable Investment Forum for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (FNG). Furthermore, from 2019 - 2021 she was a personally invited member of the Sustainable Finance Advisory Council of the German government, in which she chaired two working groups, one on private and institutional investors and another one on qualification and leadership. From 2006 – 2018, she was a senior program advisor at Transparency International responsible for corporate social responsibility, anti-corruption and G20 financial sector reform and represented the organization at the UN Global Compact and the WEF Partnering Against Corruption Initiative. Ms. McClellan has a diploma of political science from the Free University of Berlin and an executive MBA from the European School of Management and Technology.

After studying in the USA, South Korea, Japan and Mannheim, Fabian Meyer gained experience as a company founder, which he passes on to young founders in his role as Managing Director of COREventures.

Bernhard Müller holds an M.Sc. in Biology and entered the blockchain space in 2011. Before founding Centi, Bernhard was Business Development Manager at, Bitmain Switzerland, the financial services arm of the biggest Bitcoin mining hardware manufacturer globally. Besides being a true vet in the blockchain space, Bernhard has also worked as a project manager in the highly regulated environment of medical diagnostics. Today, Bernhard serves as the Chairman and General Manager of Centi Ltd.

Sascha Münger is currently working as Head Competence Center Crypto Related Products & Metaverse within the Global Business Division Commercial Acquiring at Worldline Global. In this role, he is responsible for products related to crypto payments at the point of sale and in eCommerce as well as future commerce scenarios in the Metaverse. Previously, he was responsible for the implementation of the payment processing module within the TWINT system at SIX Payments Services (predecessor organization of Worldline). Sascha holds a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Organisation and he started his career 2007 in Zurich at Telekurs Group (later SIX) in various positions within the finance department. In 2010, he moved to Würth Finance International B.V. to work within the Treasury Services division. He then returned to SIX Management in the position as a Cash Manager, before taking on leading positions within Accounting and Billing at SIX Payment Services.

Santosh Ritter is Country Manager Switzerland & Liechtenstein at Visa. Previously, he led the operational risk management of the card business at Viseca (former Aduno Group) as a member of the Executive Board for four years. He has held various positions at Aduno since 2012, including head of operations centre for the acquiring and terminal business at the Ticino office. After graduating as a business economist FH, Santosh Ritter completed his master's degree in banking and finance also at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ).

Gregor von Bergen is Head of Payments and digital Assets at Capco, a consultancy specializing in financial services. Based in Capco’s Zurich office, Gregor oversees client projects for domestic banks as well as being responsible for research and development of cards and payments activities. In the past, Gregor held several management positions at a major Swiss bank and worked on compliance projects as a consultant. His current focus is on cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, and cross-border payments.
